Registration Fees
The following fees apply for IVMUN 2024:
For Delegates admitted under the Premium Registration Round: VND 550,000.
For Delegates admitted under the Platinum Registration Round: VND 700,000.
For Delegates admitted under the Platinum II & Observers Registration Round: TBD.
Delegate registration fees include high-quality food and drinks, necessary utilities for three days of the Conference, and automatic consideration for Awards.
Observer registration fees include high-quality food and drinks, and necessary utilities for three days of the Conference.
Delegations with at least 07 qualified Delegates will receive a 10% fee reduction for all members of the Delegation. After being selected as on official Delegate and making transaction with full payment, 10% of reduction will be reimbursed to those Delegates before the conference day.
All Conference fees must be paid before the deadlines as detailed in the Information & Application Forms page. Instructions on how to submit fees will be released along with application results through e-mail.
We encourage admitted applicants to arrange payments as soon as possible. IVMUN reserves the option to rescind offers to those who do not pay within the prescribed payment period.
Financial Aid Program
With a view to making the program more accessible, especially to those with significant financial hardships, IVMUN is proud to expand upon our Financial Aid program. This year, we will offer 03 (three) grants for Premium Delegates with outstanding financial hardships, specifically:
70% reduction of Premium Registration Fees (worth VND 385,000): 01 grant
50% reduction of Platinum Registration Fees (worth VND 350,000): 01 grant
30% reduction of Platinum II Registration Fees (TBD): 01 grant
To apply for Financial Aid grants, applicants must complete the Financial Aid Questionnaire, in addition to their Individual Delegate Registration Form. The IVMUN 2024 Secretariats will review Financial Aid applications from those who are offered Delegate positions to select grant recipients.
Important notice:
Due to the limited amount of Financial Aid grants available, there is no guarantee that you will receive a Financial Aid grant upon submission of all required materials.
Financial Aid recipients will have their participation fees deducted from the amount of their grants. Grants may not be transferred, nor will grant recipients be able to exchange the grant for the equivalent amount of cash.
After confirmation, Delegates who are elected to the Financial Aid should pay the exact amount of registration fee as usual. IVMUN Secretariats will reimburse to that Delegate after the Conference Day (in case they will be attended thoroughly for 3 days).
Decisions relating to grant recipients are final.

Refund Policy
Participants who, after admission and full payment of fees, are then unable to join in the Main Conference due to personal reasons must write an e-mail to secretariats@ivmun.org, informing the Secretariat before the official training day. After this deadline, the Secretariat will bear no responsibility to offer any refund.
Participants who have received a confirmation from the Secretariat can receive a maximum refund of 50% of the applicable registration fee.
