OVERVIEW

IVMUN 2024 will have three registration rounds for Delegates (Premium, Platinum and Platinum II), and one round for Observers. Anyone aged 14—20 is welcome to apply through the forms below.

All applications received will be reviewed by the Chairs and Content Developers of IVMUN 2024. We will base our evaluation solely on the contents of your submission, your suitability for our Committees, as well as the availability of slots at our Conference.

Applicants for Delegate positions may register as an independent Delegate or as a member of a Delegation — a group of Delegates representing a school or institution that attend the Conference together.

Delegates admitted under the Premium shall pay a fee of 550,000 VND. Fee reductions are available for qualifying Delegations, and financial aid opportunities are available. Details can be found at the Financial Policy section.

Individual Delegate Registration Form

ALL applicants for a Delegate position (whether applying by themselves or as part of a Delegation) should complete and submit this form.

Delegation Registration Form

This form is used exclusively for the representative of a Delegation (the Head of Delegation) to provide details of their Delegation. This is NOT a replacement for the Individual Delegate Registration Form. Applicants who register by themselves should fill in the Individual Registration Form only.
